About me
I have always been passionate about storytelling. I have been writing, shooting and editing films since middle school. I made 3 short films in high school, one of which was nominated for 4 awards. Over the course of these films, I have spent countless hours improving my skills as a writer. My sense of story structure and writing something memorable that moves people has continued to get better. These skills proved valuable to me when I took a copywriting class in college. I was able to use my storytelling skills to generate copy which could efficiently convey the client’s need while also suggesting a story and in turn, being memorable.

UPLIFT EDUCATION CAMPAIGN
A social media campaign for Uplift Education done in collaboration with the Dallas agency, Commerce House. The goal of the campaign was to convey how a charter school like Uplift Education can set your child up for future success. Me and my partner came up with the idea to use yearbook captions to show how a child grows when they go through an Uplift Education school. These are 3 social media posts we came up with. Uplift will be using these with photos of real students this upcoming semester.
FOOD NETWORK CAMPAIGN
This was a group assignment for an advertising class. The goal of the campaign was to promote all the competitive baking shows on the Food Network. I wrote these lines of copy based on the extensive research and insights gathered by my team.

soul foods india Name and LOGO
I designed this logo and helped come up with the name for this business. Since the business had such a long name, I decided to put the India in the L to make it more compact. Since it is an Indian store, i also decided to incorporate colors of the Indian Flag into the design. The client now has a trademark for this logo and has incorporated it on all facets of their business.

who is cheating on an online exam when her professor
for that class walks in. It is a mostly dialogue free suspense thriller
